Transfer Center Located at the corner of 11th and Washington Street, the downtown transfer center allows for transfers between the majority of day and night routes. Amenities at each stop include covered canopies, bus shelters with benches, and real-time departure boards. Customer Service Waiting Area Bus passes can be purchased at ticket vending machines or at the customer service window. Customer service hours are from 8 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday. The customer waiting area inside the building contains drink and snack vending machines, USB charging stations, and public restrooms.
