Bus Stop Shelters and Bus Bench Issues
SMTD maintains its own bus stop shelters throughout the city, and if you would like to report a maintenance issue with a bus stop shelter you can use the form below.

However, SMTD does NOT maintain the bus benches that are placed near some bus stops. These benches are provided by Ace Sign Co. through a contract with the City of Springfield. Report an issue with a bus bench through the city's online form.
